Latin America in a Glimpse 2016

This report is a summary of the most relevant information on the human rights and internet situation in Latin America during 2016.

We hope that this initiative will increase the knowledge of the international community, gathered in the Internet Governance Forum 2016, about our region.

This initiative is coordinated by Derechos Digitales, the Association for Progressive Communications (APC), and Coding Rights from Brazil.
