I am really surprised to read the recent posting on the malpractices of a Bangladeshi NGO. We are really shocked to introduce ourselves that we belong to this community.

How come an organization can bag two of the international prestigious awards with such false interventions? With whom we are playing such nasty game? From my childhood I was feeling proud that my country is full of river and boats are one of the major attractions of many of our childhoods. But doing such corrupted business with river and boat is really an innovation!! Shame for such innovation!

I was also like to notice that, there are several reference materials posted in different e-mail groups about the success of this initiative. I have found major

daily newspapers have showcased this case in their front page. In my experience I have found grass-root initiatives rarely took place in the front page. But how

such an false project got such position. As a reader I am quite shocked to see how our journalists are helping such malpractices. Like me many people will be confused who are telling the truth? Is that earlier journalists or the present team? I am also feeling proud that journalists have jumped for searching the truth. I do still believe

that truth is like fire, it will come out. Isn’t it a corruption? How come all the journalists of major dailies like Prothom Alo, Ittefaq, Sangbad, Observer, Jugantor,

Independent has published such a false case. What was their interest? Didn’t they ever feel the country’s prestige? Publishing fake news in the newspaper is really

a shame.

I am also surprised to see how such renowned international body like Gates Foundation and UNDP recognizing such initiative without any investigation. Can we raise

questions about their selection criterions?

I am quite confused like many people. I have these bunch of questions but no answer. Can anyone help us to get out of these blindness.
