Internet governance is the development principles, norms, rules, decision-making procedures, and activities that shape the evolution and use of the Internet. APC believes that this governance should as much as possible include all relevant stakeholders, including marginalised groups and communities. In this respect it should be multistakeholder and inclusive, involve governments, businesses and civil society, so that a shared, transparent and accountable governance framework can be collectively developed.
