Can you imagine life without your mobile phone? Is hanging out online as important to you as going out with your friends? Then you’ve probably experienced, witnessed or heard about tech-related violence, from receiving annoying messages from strangers to being stalked or bullied on the internet.

Take Back the Tech! is a project that uses ICT (internet communication technology) to prevent violence against women and girls. We’re creating a new website to reach more people like you, and we want to know what you think about the current site. Your answers will let us make the best site possible to help you and your friends express yourselves online without fear of violence.

Go to takebackthetech.net to take a look at the site before answering these questions. You’ll get the chance to do a little role playing, hunt for information and share your opinions. The survey should take up to 30 minutes depending on how much time you spend on the site. Thanks for your help in making ICT safer!

If you’re 13-22, we’ve got a fun survey for you! We want to know what you think about our website, so we’ve put together some role playing and a few questions: http://bit.ly/1rLzJlS. We’ve also got it in Spanish: http://bit.ly/RbcmVE. If you aren’t 13-22, please share with young folks in your networks.
